Our backgrounds are rooted in performance and our passion has always been literacy. Riley is a storyteller, author, performer, artist and former children’s television host. Kenny traveled as a professional clown with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, has also been a kid’s TV personality and is a motivational children’s speaker.
These days, kids know us from our live shows in theaters, schools and libraries and from our iParenting Media award-winning video series, "This is ONLY a Test!" The series, which helps kids deal with standardized test stress, is seen on select PBS stations nationwide.
With our extensive television background, it was natural for us to have our own video production company. Since 2003, Roam Around Productions has been producing award-winning videos for children of all ages, including spots for libraries, school districts and even the Travel Channel. This year, we were honored to produce the national teen CSLP public service announcement!
Riley’s alter ego is “World Famous Storyologist, "Page Turner.” A Storyologist is someone who travels the world Collecting, Telling and Writing Stories! We both LOVE reading, performing, traveling and sharing our passion for stories with kids and adults worldwide!
