A new holiday tradition!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year…
Except…I live in Florida, which means we break out our parkas and scarves if the temperature dips below 70 degrees. 🤣 It doesn’t matter. I will still sip hot cocoa and roast chestnuts over the electric burners on my stove, and…make these fun Christmas Tree Pop-Up Cards!
Below is a video with step-by-step directions to create a Christmas Tree Card.
PDF directions for both the Christmas Tree Pop-Up Card and a Chanukah Pop-Up Card can be found by filling out the form HERE. And, you can change this craft into Make a Pop-Up Book. Simply create several cards and attach them with tape.
Looking for a great Christmas present? Give the gift of creativity, imagination, and reading with our Seven-Way Story Adventures.
Way back in 2020, weeks before everything shut down for the pandemic, I was fortunate enough to take a pop-up book workshop with the king of Pop-Ups, Robert Sabuda. I fell in love. With Pop-Ups. Not Robert Sabuda (although he is a very nice man).
Anyway…back to pop-up cards and books…I LOVE them because they combine all the things I love sharing with kids: Writing, Crafting, Imagination, Reading, Books. There’s even a STEM element with shapes, measuring, and paper engineering.
Enjoy and Happy Holidays!
