All aboard the Less Stress Express! At STOP 1, kids learn it's okay to feel worried sometimes and are invited to pack their imaginary "calm cases" with tools to tackle anxiety.
Chug chug chug into STOP 2. Page teaches young viewers that recognizing stressful feelings in our bodies is the first step to managing them.


Pucker up for STOP 3, a zesty adventure where kids learn tension-busting exercises like "The Surprised Lemon" and "Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy."
Breath easy at STOP 4, Birthday Breath and Lion Breath Junction,where kids learn two fun breathing exercises to help calm nervousness.


Relaxation is the ticket at STOP 5 where kids learn a tension-releasing exercise, perfect for any time stress needs a one-way ticket out of town. An audio version is available below.
Pack your bags (and positive thoughts!) for STOP 6 where kids meet their very own "Worry Wart'' and learn to challenge negative thoughts with positive self-talk.


Think out of the Box at Stop 7 Where kids learn a technique to cope with pesky “Worry Warts” and focus on their Positive Pals. The result is kids feeling less worried and happier!
It’s full steam ahead at Stop 8 where kids unpack all the tools in their calmness case and put them to work as Page Turner spins a magical tale where kids become the hero of the story.
The adventure continues at Stop 9 when kids get to put their new-found tools to work and flex their confidence and courage muscles in Part Two of the Purple Wish Lion story.
The final leg of the journey is Stop 10 where kids repack tools they’ll have forever: Imagination, Deep Breaths, Lemon Squeezes, Worry Boxes, Positive Pals, and Affirmations.
