ONCE UPON A TIME… Someone decided that February 26th should be national
READ A FAIRYTALE DAY!
Imagine how surprised I was when I found out that this was the same day that my latest book would be ready to launch. Talk about Fairy Godmother magic!
This is the blurb from the back of the book.
YOU are the hero of this fractured fairytale featuring well known characters in an all-new story about problem solving and bravery.
When a Sleeping Spell is placed on everyone in Beauty’s castle, you must find three things to save the day.
One: a red cape with a hood
Two: some wolf’s fur, but the wolf must be good
Three: a giant’s golden spoon
And you must find all three things before twelve noon!
You’ll need to be clever and courageous to break the spell so Beauty and her friends can live… Happily Ever After.
It’s now available in the paperback version on Amazon. The hardcover will be available soon.

I’ve loved fairytales since I was a kid. This was a love instilled in me by my grandmother, Dorothy, who passed away just two and half years ago at the age of 98. In the months before she died, we spent hours talking about our favorite fairytale collections. She was a fan of Andrew Lang's Green, Blue, and Yellow Fairy Books and I’m a fan of Hans Christian Anderson.
Here’s Dorothy ready to join the cast of Puss in Boots.
(Why she’s dressed like this is a story for another email 🤣)
So grab a copy of THE MIXED UP FAIRYTALE to celebrate READ A FAIRYTALE DAY and we’ll all live...
HAPPILY EVER AFTER!
PS: If you do get a copy, I would so appreciate it if you could leave a review. Thank you!
